Our Rental Policies & Procedures

Check-In Procedures

Where: All guest must check in at Ashman-Mollere Realty, Inc. located at 

418 HWY 90 Waveland, MS 39576.   

When: Check-in begins at 2:00 pm for all properties.  Please notify us if you plan to arrive after 5:00 pm so that we may make arrangements for late check-in.  

 

Check-Out Procedures

Where: All guest must check out at Ashman-Mollere Realty, Inc. located at 

418 HWY 90 Waveland, MS 39576.  

 When: All guest must check-out no later than 10:00 am for all properties.  Please notify us if you require a late check-out so that we may make arrangements.  Additional fees and charges may apply.  A drop box is located to the left  of the front door, and keys may be dropped there for speedy check-out.

 

 Driving Directions:

From I-10 take Exit 13—HWY 603 South.  Travel down HWY 603 towards HWY 90.  Just  before the 603/90 intersection, turn right at the Claiborne Hill Supermarket sign.  Ashman-Mollere Realty, Inc. is located in the shopping center just past Claiborne Hill.


Reservation Request:

When you book online, you are making a reservation request.  This is not yet an accepted reservation.  Once we receive your request, the dates must be ok'd by the owner.  Once the dates are ok'd we will then 

send you an acceptance email.  

 

 

Policies and Procedures: 

We are very serious about maintaining a family atmosphere for the quiet enjoyment of our guest. We rent to family groups, couples, and responsible adults. Ashman-Mollere Realty Inc. will not rent to any one under the age of 21. The person checking in must be the qualified person who is renting the property. The qualifying person checking in must show identification upon check-in. The qualifying person renting the property is responsible for the conduct of all guest and occupants, and must occupy the property for the full term of the reservation. Guest under 21 years of age must have direct adult supervision at all times when on rental premises. Absolutely no loud parities or illegal activities are allowed. Ashman-Mollere Realty Inc. reserves the right to enter the rental property anytime to investigate disturbances, occupancy and/or damage. Any violators will be evicted without refund.

 Linens, Towels, and Supplies:

Linens and bath towels are provided and are not to be taken from the unit. Should you desire to use a towel at the

beach or pool(s), we suggest you bring a beach towel. Trash liners, dish detergent, dishwasher powder, laundry soap,

paper towels, bath soap, shampoo, and toilet paper are not provided. Please bring those items with you.

Furnishings: 

You are renting a privately owned home. It has been decorated and equipped to satisfy the particular

tastes and desires of the owner. Please be considerate of the belongings of the owners and the people who will be

renting this unit after you. Please do not rearrange the furniture, take any items outside that are part of the interior

decor, or move any furnishings or kitchen items to another unit. You will be charged if the housekeepers have to

rearrange the furniture after you stay. The unit descriptions were correct at the time of posting, but subsequent owner

reservations may have resulted in changes. Although every effort has been made for accuracy, Ashman-Mollere

Realty Inc. is not responsible for errors in this publication of the property changes made by owners or for any condition

beyond our control upon arrival. Rental agent represents property to the best of his/her ability and assumes no liability

for errors and omissions.

After Hour Emergencies: 

Issues with the property that need immediate attention contact the Property Manager at

228-216-1155. For medical, fire, or criminal call 911. Non- Emergencies will be noted and handled the following day during office hours.

Maintenance: 

Please report any damages or malfunction of equipment to the rental office as soon as possible.

Failure to do so may incur some liability to the guest. No compensation will be given for temporary outage of

electricity, gas, water, and cable, or telephone service. Outages will be reported immediately and all efforts will be

made to have them restored as soon as possible. The operation and maintenance of these utilities is out of the

control of Ashman-Mollere Realty Inc. Appliances, air conditioners, hot tubs/ Jacuzzis are not guaranteed and refunds

can not be given for failure or breakdown. Ashman- Mollere Realty Inc. will attempt to repair or replace any item

during your stay. If a part has to be ordered and the item cannot be repaired before your departure, no money will be

refunded.

Items Left in Unit: 

Ashman- Mollere Realty Inc. is not responsible for items left in the unit. A fee of $25.00 is charged

plus shipping cost to cover the means of shipping requested by the guest.

Grilling: 

Some homes have grills for guest's use. Fire department regulations prohibit the use of any open flame grills

on all decks, porches and balconies.

Water Features: 

Renters agree to release and hold harmless Ashman-Mollere Realty Inc. and owner(s) from any and

all liability relating to water features, I.e. swimming pools, hot tubs, bayou, or Gulf access. Further, they agree to

indemnify Ashman-Mollere Realty Inc. and the owner(s) from any liability causes of action and to be responsible for

defending Ashman-Mollere Realty Inc. and said owner(s).

Pools: 

All children under the age of 12 must be accompanied by an adult at ALL times. No glass is allowed in thepool area.

Balcony: 

The hanging of bathing suits, towels or clothing upon balcony railings is not permitted. Do not throw

anything from balcony.

Pets: 

Unless the unit is a pet friendly unit and a pet fee has been paid in advance, any evidence of a pet(s) found in

your unit or on the premises, will result in your being asked to vacate immediately with no refund of rent. Guest may also be charged an additional $200 to $600 (Deep Cleaning Fee) depending on the size of the unit.

Non-Smoking Units: 

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside “non-smoking” rental units. If any evidence of smoking is

found in your non-smoking rental unit, guest will be charged an additional $200-$600 (Deep Cleaning Fee) depending on the size of the rental unit. 

Parking: 

Please park in designated areas only. Most properties only allow (2) vehicles and no boats, jet skis, or

RV's. Please make arrangements before arrival.

Fireworks: 

The use of fireworks is prohibited on all of our vacation properties. Local City ordinances and fire code

prohibit the use of fireworks on beaches, buildings or grounds.

Lock Out: 

In the event a guest becomes locked out, you will need to call a locksmith.

Telephone Service: 

For your convenience, a telephone is provided in most of our rental units. Local calls are free. Long distance calls may be made collect, charged to your credit card. calling card or to your home telephone.

Noise: 

No renter or guest shall make or permit any disturbing noises that will interfere with the rights, comforts, or

convenience of others.

Toilets: 

Please be mindful not to flush soap, disposable diapers, sanitary napkins, tampons, or food down the toilets.

There is a plunger in each unit.

Irons: 

Please do not iron on the beds, carpets, or counter tops. Ironing is only permitted on the Ironing boards.

Residences for sale: 

In the event the unit you are renting is listed for sale, we may need to show the unit during

your visit. We will make every effort to schedule the showing at a convenient time so we do not disrupt your vacation.

Agent will not be held responsible for acts of theft, vandalism or damages to the owner or guest's personal property.

Unit Assignments:

We reserve the right to substitute comparable accommodations without notice or liability should the reserved unit be out of order or not available for any reason.. When comparable accommodations are not available, renter will have the option of selecting from available properties at the published rate or receiving a complete refund.

Occupancy:

The total number of persons allowed in the property, including children, at any time is restricted to the stated sleeping capacity for each property. These numbers are governed by the association and owner preferences. Sofa and bunk beds are recommended for use of children.
